Excellent bright red paint job that is not found on newer Saturns! Beautiful sleek body with hidden headlights; handles like an expensive sports car!

I've had this car for a few months now, and I fell in love with her. Very safe, sturdy, and not at all tinny. The engine is very clean, and the car burns very little oil. Responsive steering and brakes. I will never, ever sell this car.

no more saturns for me

I bought my Saturn new b/c of the "no haggle" hype. It has given my grief ever since. Thank God I bought the extended warranty, b/c with out it, I would have been SOL. I've had problems with the transmission, the coolant system, and oil consumption. Recently the cylinder head cracked (happened 8 days after the warranty expired, to their credit, Saturn was "nice" enough to pick up the tab, as the service tech reminded me over and over). The speakers have all blown and the sunroof leaks. No More Saturns for ME!

the car was good until the head cracked at 79000 miles. The dealer accused me of lack of maintenance and would not help with the $1600 repair, even though there are factory notices of known problems of cracked heads. i would never buy another Saturn, and I tell everyone I know how I was treated.

140,000 miles no major problems, 28 miles to the gallon, quiet and just a good all around car
