I was interested in a Grand Cherokee, went in and drove it, asked for a price. "Sales manager", came over, refused to give me a price unless I signed a form saying I would buy it. When I refused and told him I was working out my own finances, he tried to pressure me into letting him call my bank, to set up a loan of the amount of his choosing. He wouldn't even agree that the sticker price was what the car was available for. I think he thought I was wasting his time because I was in jeans and work boots. Honestly, my boots cost more than his crummy suit. Their loss, I took my business elsewhere. Stay away from [non-permissible content removed]. Been shopping for cars since 1982, this is the worst experience I've had.

Clarence McCloyd decided to take the price that was listed on your site $71515 MSRP. He then informed me that he was marking up the price $4000 which would net in a price of $75515. I asked him to reconsider and he told me that he was “ALL IN” He would also deny me the an additional incentive/rebates for which a qualified for which expired on 09/05 advertised through the Jeep Brand. As a result of Clarence Mcloyd’s decision to raise the price from what is advertised on your website. I was falsely advertised to. This is the definition of bait and switch.
