2025 Porsche 911 Consumer Reviews
Pricing
2022 GTS Cab
I owned the car for 14 months and put 6500 miles on it. The passenger cup holder never worked after multiple service attempts. The rear spoiler sensors had issues and the car spent the 1st month in the shop being repaired. The passenger door panel had a rattle that couldn’t be identified. Performance was better than expected and the exhaust sound was amazing.

Absolute Best Performance for the Money
There is no car on the market that performs in every driving environment as well as the new 992 gen 911 does at this price point. There are higher top speed cars out there for more $$, but as far as 0-60 performance, handling, track and street use goes... this is far and away the best car for sub $150K. Do not waste your time looking at anything else, the 992 is no joke and you wont regret a single mile you put on it... not to mention you wont worry about a single mile because the 911 platform is bulletproof on and off the track

Be honest and you will be happy...
The price of these are nuts.. the residual is even nuttier! This 2025 is my 5th 911 in a couple of years. I special ordered this one and was 'honest". What I mean by that is honest on the options. Don't listen to what other Porsche owners think are, "must have" options. Forums are just peoples opinions and at this price point, you should build the car the way you want it. There is a big difference in ride quality between 19/20 and 20/21 rims. Also, "sports-chrono" is NOT a must have option. A base car is going to be just as fun as some tarted-up, highly optioned version that is not going to perform any better. The base interior is pretty sad for a six-figure car, but its durable. If you can build the car on-line for under $130K, that is an accomplishment. Save yourself a lot of money and avoid over priced wheels, front axle lift, sports-chrono and a louder exhaust. I found none of those options added to my enjoyment of the car in the past. I was able to purchase my ordered '25 Coupe for $4,000 under MSRP at end of December 2024 and w/no dealer add-ons. These cars are not flying off lots anymore and deals are around. There is about an $8K profit margin for dealer on a Base 911 just FYI. Was going to buy again, but leasing was just to good! Did a short 12-month/single payment lease and came out very happy. Even finance guy was amazed at deal. Save yourself a ton with a single pay lease... even if the banks hate them. A shame Porsche Insurance has pulled out of California. Insuring a 911 can be work finding a decent rate, so do your homework.

Finally, a keeper Porsche
Owned every Porsche model offered in 2018-2019, except for the Cayenne. This 992 911 S is far superior to others, including two or three GTS variants. Steering, handling and acceleration are perfect. Not good - really, perfect. It would be hard to imagine a better balance between insane capability and every day comfort.

I drive further for fun
Such a blast. I never quite understood why people bought these. Now I know. There is driving and there is Porsche Driving. I regularly drive past my house just for fun, after grocery shopping for instance. There has been a lot of melted ice cream in my house since I got the car. The car can be a track car and a daily driver. Surprisingly I get a lot of stuff crammed into the small non trunk. The only slight so so items are the seats can hurt. Maybe it is me? Also the Bose stereo stinks for what it costs.
