2002 Pontiac Grand Prix SE 4dr Sedan (3.1L 6cyl 4A)

I was always a 2 door sports car kind
of guy, but this 4 door Grand Prix SE
is very sharp looking to the human
eye.Chicks dig the car, and it has alot
of room in it.Very comfortable for the
long drives. However, I now hear engine
noise at 25000 miles, The dealer said
the pistons need to be replaced, and
this is common in this model of car.Who
needs to buy a new car and have this
kind of problem right off the bat??? I
always have second thought about this
car.Talk to the service dept. in
Pontiac before buying this car.I never
beat on my vehicles, so tthink about
it.Thank god for warranty.

Best Features

I love the daul climate control, for this is the best. The traction control rocks, for it is fantastic in the snow.

Worst Features

The cup holders need to be deeper, so the drinks do not tip over on a turn. The emergency brake needs to be in another area of the car.Need better warranty on the drive train. The rear defrosters need to work better as well. Put the Bose system in this car. Rear speakers are junk.
