Why Did They Stop Makin' Bonnies???
By Jonathan on

1991 Pontiac Bonneville LE 4dr Sedan

I've had this car for a year. Taken it to Georgia three times. No major problems besides regular work. This thing can roll! I treat my car good, I take care of it, but I believe an engine was made to be driven, not coddled. Bonnie never lets me down she's down for what ever. For an old car it handles well- accelerates well. It's a poor mans sports car.

Best Features

Engine(3-8 v-6) is tight! the best GM has ever made! Just the right size, easy to drive, fun to drive. This thing can whip.(u-turns, no problem)Easy to take care of. Speakers bang, wake the dead. Heavy but not too heavy. Smooth quiet. Take on a road trip, turn off the radio, and listen. Hmmmmmm.

Worst Features

Rear wheel drive stinks in inclimate weather. Just be careful when braking, if you stop too abruptly on icy road it will yaw.(at least mine did)Nowhere to put stuff inside car, besides on the floor. No cupholders.
