Why I love Nissans--Xterra is Tops!
By Lee English on

2002 Nissan Xterra SE 4WD 4dr SUV (3.3L 6cyl 5M)

Xterra is AWESOME. I love the power,
the styling--everything. I even get
good gas mileage. I averaged 330/mpg in
my Maxima; now I'm at 300. I LOVE the
turning radius, the extra space, dual
cupholders and the multiple outlets.
Sunroof could be better and I don't
like the two non-knobs next to the
power outlet above the radio. My
sometimes only regret is that I didn't
get the SC, but there were none in my
color choice when I went to purchase.

Best Features

I love the soundsystem, the dark rear windows and the thing that pulls over the trunk space so no one can see your purchases. Having easy-to-reach controls is a bonus.

Worst Features

Better cloth choices for the Super Black; inside trunk release; gas cap that is less vulnerable to tampering; key pad for remote entry and letting down windows (really miss this feature from my Maxima)
