2000 Nissan Maxima GXE 4dr Sedan

I test drove Passat's, Accord's,
Camrey's, Legacy's and domestic sedans
before choosing the Maxima. The
combination of power, built quality,
design, resale, and reliability was
just not matched by any of the others.
It's simply the best car I've ever
owned and the best car I've ever ridden
in that's affordable.

Best Features

Interior layout, exterior styling (I'm a little iffy on the tail lights, but the side profile is terrific), excelleration, solid construction, very stable ride (no float or rocking), comfortable seats, split locking back seats, and the keyless entry is very handy for the trunk.

Worst Features

There are only two things I don't like about the car and they both pertain to total cost of ownership. First, you need to pump premium fuel into the tank. Second, because the parts come from Japan the insurance costs are higher than foriegn sedans built in the U.S.
