I saw a 2019 Pathfinder with low miles and a trailer hitch, which was my requirement for a new vehicle. I called the day before to make sure the car was still available and made an appointment for the next day. I called that morning to ensure the vehicle was still available and asked for financing. The sales rep said the car was still available and he would see me at my appointment. I take a $50 Uber an hour from home to the dealership. I got there and test drove the 2019 I reserved. Once the test drive was over and we were back at the dealership, the sales rep told me the car I test drove was sold that morning. They proceeded to try to get me to buy a 2022 Pathfinder at $51K😒. I was very pissed off, to say the least. The manager wanted to sell me another car with double the miles and the same price tag. I spent $100 in Ubers and hours wasted. Oh, and by the way, the vehicle is still on their websites for the Springfield location and Richmond location! They are a bunch of scammers trying to bait and switch buyers. I recommend looking for a more honest dealership that won't waste your time and money!

Transmission and u joints. No one can answer how this might have been missed during their inspection. Their attempt to resolve was to buy it back at 60% of the purchase price and buy something else at full retail.

I had purchased a 2020 Rogue Sport S AWD in December 2020, and although I liked the car I really didn't love it. (I had recently moved from Noblesville to Elwood and was a little skittish about how bad driving around town would be with my 2018 Kicks since it was FWD. Well, suffice to say that although the Sport was equipped with AWD, it just didn't "fit" me. I missed my small car. After having gone through 2 pretty horrendous winters here, I realized that the city does a pretty good job keeping up with the nasty white stuff and I drive mostly in town so I truly panicked unnecessarily. Today Bruce and Mark were fully capable and did a great job getting me back home into the right car I truly love and enjoy driving. It was well worth the long drive to see them and get this all resolved. Kudos to everyone for an amazingly easy transition!

This dealership lacks communication. I was minutes away from closing on a deal and the salesperson messaged me saying that the truck I was in process with got sold. A simple phone call would have been nice, at least to say “hey someone else is interested are you signing or not”. I guess they sell to the highest bidder even when you’re in process of buying a car, Also, the Sales Manager Alberto said he was working on trying to locate another truck to make the situation better and he never called to give me a status update. I’ve also requested for the GM to call me back. He did not.

I understand why their rating is only a 3 on Yelp. It should be a 1. I contacted the dealership through Nissan to purchase a new vehicle to replace the one I lost in a horrible wreck last year in which I broke my back. I picked a new Sentra bc of the reviews, and more importantly because of how much nicer of a vehicle you get for the value as compared to others in this class. Kevin responded, I was honest and upfront about what I wanted and for three days he dicked me around about price knowing since day one what my range would be and what price I wouldn't go over. Only when I forced it, he gave me a ridiculous price thousands of dollars more than any other dealership for the exact same vehicle that he knew very well I would not be willing to pay. I am a single mother of a severely disabled child and I don't have time for games nor do I have time for a dealership that does not value how hard some people work to be able to afford a new vehicle. I am completely disgusted that Mike Rezi or whoever owns this dealership would condone such treatment of potential customers.
