Styling and power good/Infotainment not so good

2026 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum 4dr SUV 4WD (3.5L 6cyl 9A)
Traded in my 2016 Murano Platinum (PL) for a 2026 Pathfinder PL and while I like Nissan styling inside and out as well as the VQ 6 cylinder, the 2026 navigation system has gone a step backward. Sure Android auto navigation works, but unlike the 2016 Murano which showed turn by turn on the Drivers Display (DD) and Entertainment Display (ED) and clearly showed what street your on, the 2026 … has no native navigation system. So if you do not have a smart phone, navigation will not work. Also, Navigation only shows on the ED not on the heads up or Drivers display like its predesessor. So the driver is looking at a smallish area on the ED to figure out when/where to turn. Since Navigation Menus obscure a lot of the screen, the ED shows navigation on a small portion of the ED.
Nissan has a lot of rework to do regarding the Navigation/infotainment system.
By the way, advertisment for the Pathfinder shows the headsup display clearly showing turn by turn info. But this feature is not available on the 2026 Pathfinder.
