Big Bang for the Buck

2027 Kia Telluride S 4dr SUV AWD (2.5L 4cyl Turbo 8A)
I purchased my 2027 Telluride S AWD w/Moonroof on 4/22/26. I traded in my 2024 GMC Acadia Elevation with just over 11,210 miles on the odometer. We loved the Acadia, but I wasn't liking what I had been reading about low reliability issues, so I looked at the Highlander, Sante Fe and the KIA Telluride. I took the KIA for a test drive and was I impressed! Very quick and tight feeling … and was just well put together. The Moonroof works smooth as a baby's tush!
I got $35,000 trade-in for my GMC and the difference with fees and taxes was $11,833. I took their low 3.99% for 36 months financing.
The Owner's Manual (Tome) is 805 pages and will put you to sleep after a few minutes of staring at it. Lots of buttons and modes to learn of which I'm learning by pushing each one to see what it does. I'm sure I'll have all the operations down pat in a month or two and at 75 years old, there some functions that I won't even bother with such as Navigation, voice recognition, etc. In my opinion the driver's seat isn't as big as my Acadia seat was and doesn't feel the same...not bad, just different. In 6-months I'll do a follow-up review after I've had time to "get used to it".
