2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit 4dr SUV 4WD (3.6L 6cyl 8A)
i purchased a new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee in December 2024. After driving only 800 miles, it stopped running. AAA brought it to my nearest Jeep dealer for repair. Three weeks later, it is still not fixed. A Jeep trouble shooter tech could not figure it out either. I want to trade it in and contacted Jeep customer service for help to pay for the new trade in, but they refused to give … any compensation. Overall Jeep has been a good product, but if you get a bad one, you are on your own with no help from Jeep. Very disappointed!!
