2024 Ford F350 Junk
Unhappy Customer, 04/10/2025
2024 Ford F-350 Super Duty XLT 4dr Crew Cab 4WD LB DRW (7.3L 8cyl 10A)
I have been to the dealer countless times for highway vibrations. They've balanced the tires numerous times and ultimately ended up replacing the tires and still no help. Ford Customer Care is a joke. One service advisor at a different dealer said these trucks all have vibrations and his recommendation is to put 1,000 pounds in the bed in order to get the pinion angle to line up. Good … grief….. thanks for the headache Ford, you lost a 20 year customer. The Ram 3500 I test drove Saturday was silky smooth on the highway
