Vistiq full of troubles

2026 Cadillac VISTIQ Sport 4dr SUV AWD (electric DD)
I have owned my Vistiq for six months, and it has been one issue after another.
I picked up the vehicle late on a cold Friday in December 2025. Right away, I noticed the heat was very insufficient—it could barely warm the cabin on a below-zero day in Minnesota. Within the first week, I discovered the right door speaker was blown, so the vehicle went in for service.
Shortly after that, … additional problems appeared. Super Cruise would not perform lane changes, condensation developed in the headlights, and the rain-sensing wipers did not function correctly. In February, the vehicle went back in for service and was kept for over three weeks.
In March, new issues arose. The navigation system lost its voice prompts entirely, and the second-row cup holder would not stay in place and kept sliding out. I brought it back in for service again. After getting the vehicle back, I found there was no airflow coming from the second-row center console vents, which required yet another return visit.
I can honestly say I have never experienced this many problems with a new vehicle before. One of the issues—the cup holder—was reportedly caused by improper installation by the mechanic, as it had not been aligned correctly.
Now, in May, I am hearing a cracking noise coming from the front left side, possibly related to a CV joint, along with various creaking and cracking noises inside the cabin.
