2024 BMW iX xDrive50 4dr SUV AWD (electric DD)

We love the car, but the communication system control card keeps failing due to overheating and BMW is not trying to fix it claiming it happens when the car gets too hot. Apparently the card is in the ceiling and the heat from the sunroof can cause the card to overheat and fail.
