Really nice car
By Robert on

2008 Mercury Grand Marquis GS 4dr Sedan (4.6L 8cyl 4A)

Most driving is around town. A very comfortable city ride over railroad tracks and street bumps and the many turns made at intersections.

Best Features

The smooth quiet ride. The roomy inside and the maintenance features such as when it is time for a oil change.

Worst Features

I am at this time satisfied with it as it is.

I have owned 95 Crown Victoria an traded at 197000 Miles. No trouble. I presently own 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis. Have driven to Alaska, Texas and Quebec Providence. Comfortable . Plenty of room without having to cram stuff on top of each other. Gas mileage is 18 in town and on a level highway 28 -29 depending on quality and speed limit. Very responsive in a emergency and sufficient power and torque to get down the road. It handles well in snow conditions and the AC keeps interior cool in the Texas heat and the heater keeps widows frost free and warm in Alaska and Alberta frigid winters. The design is old but is very reliable and easy to maintain.
