Nice strong wave of acceleration. Transmission keeps engine in the meat of its power band with rapid shifts and close gearing.
Pedal a bit soft, but still adequate. Dead consistent stop after stop.
Smooth hands are required to keep stability control uninvolved -- a sure way to ruin a good run. Otherwise, there's ample body roll, but the R-Class is reasonably well-behaved.
