Used 2004 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class Consumer Reviews
It's Great!
The 04 CLK Cabio is a fantastic automobile. It is very well appointed and looks great. With the top down it is a truely beautiful car. The only drawback is the trunk. It's too small, but you can carry whatever you want with the top down. This is a well appointed, reasonibly fast and beautiful convertible.
fun to drive

Incredible Ride
I purchased a 2004 CLK500 at Barrier in Bellevue, Wash., in June 2004. I have owned and driven several German automobiles in the past and this blows them all away. The styling draws attention wherever I go, and the performance and ride are incredible. This is by far the best car I have ever had.
Fast, Sexy, and Fun
Purchased the CLK55 as a Certified Pre-Owned with 18K miles already on it. Timeless looks make everyone mistake this for a new car. It has gotten nothing but praise from my friends, neighbors and co-workers when they see it. The lack of pillars between front and rear windows allows for amazing visibility. Turning off the ESP allows for a little fun and lets you turn out the rear if you so desire. Driving this car is pure enjoyment. Rear seat is tight but can fit an reasonable size adult. For half the price of a new CLK I'm completely happy with my purchase. Averaging about 18mpg but can get 20 if I take it easy. If you're buying this car you shouldn't be worrying about price of gas.
More attention to detail
We had the same model in 2001. There have been imporvements to the "cowl shake" in the front end. The cup holder is ridiculous. It is high on the dash and out of the way to reach. There is only one cupholder. The 2001 had two cupholders in the center console (for use by both front and rear passengers. The Command Navigation System is primitive compared to the DVD based systems of Toyota and Lexus. It is difficult to operate and poor technology as well as not being accurate.
