I paid cash for a used car and within two weeks it was in the shop. You can't get a warm body on the phone and this so called luxury dealer can't even afford a receptionist. I've called and left messages with no response. I've asked for extended warranty pricing with no response. My salesman doesn't even have the professionalism to send me a follow up call to see how my car is. They sold it to me with a recall I had to get fixed at a different dealership. I will say the McKinney Audi dealership is absolutely fantastic! I'll buy from them next time. I went up there numerous times because I could not get a warm body to figure out where my plates were. The sales team saw me waiting while they had their morning sales meeting but never acknowledged me until they finished their meeting. The meeting lasted ten minutes. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to give me new paper tags. I had to go up there a third time to see if my plates had come in. They found my plates in the back and I asked why had nobody called me? My lazy salesman didn't even offer to put them on my vehicle. What kind of dealership is this? This is a poorly run dealership and I will never buy a car from them again. The GM should be fired!

I strongly recommend that you do not buy a used vehicle from these people. They sold me a 2015 Audi Q5 with less than 42,000 miles on it. One month and one week later I had to have over $3,200 worth of repairs done to the vehicle. The brakes were completely gone. The battery and spark plugs needed to be replaced. The top timing cover was cracked. I still haven’t fixed all the things from the first time and last night, it stranded me on the side of the road again.
