I will say the McKinney Audi dealership is absolutely fantastic! I'll buy from them next time. I went up there numerous times because I could not get a warm body to figure out where my plates were. The sales team saw me waiting while they had their morning sales meeting but never acknowledged me until they finished their meeting. The meeting lasted ten minutes. The top timing cover was cracked. I still haven’t fixed all the things from the first time and last night, it stranded me on the side of the road again. They do not do mechanical inspections of the used cars they sell. My fault for not getting it independently inspected but I assumed Mercedes Benz of Plano would operate ethically. They do not. It has been the worst car buying experience of my life. I very strongly recommend that you do not buy from them. I have supporting documentation of everything I’ve said here.
