I bought this 2026 Mazda cx5 premium plus a couple weeks ago and barely has 600 miles on it, it is so loud inside, when accelerating the engine is so loud. The info screen keeps turning off and on and I have no controls, I can’t control AC or connect to apple carplay, I can’t even listen to the radio. It’s a piece of garbage. DO NOT BUY IT. If I could return it, I would have done it last week. This car has a lot of issues. Reliability is -0. I don’t even feel safe driving it.

I have the new 2026 cx5, after 4 days of owning it warring light came on "Emergency Call Unit Malfunction" and right speaker is beeping loud and the there is triangle warring light on cluster is on. i also receive another error "i-Activesense Control Unit Malfunction". also I can not connect to a network! whatever that means but the car is keep asking me to connect but it can not! The dealer in California gave me an appointment for next week. What a disappointment. touch screen works okay and you'll get used to it but physical button and away better and removing it is terrible. Mazda connect app doesn't work 90% of the time.yet, they're charging $10 a month for it. I have PP fully loaded one with tax and everything this car cost me $48k.

This is so much better then my previous 4 CX 5's! Love the 360 mirrors for driving forward and backup! Took a few days but now love BIG monitor and Heads up display! Amazing drive in town or on the highway. LOVE IT!
