Used 2010 Lexus RX 350 Consumer Reviews
Problem with rustling noise
I bought a new one a month ago. Four- wheel drive with every option available. The car drives really nice. It feels solid and quite on highway. However, I have been hearing this rustling noise from the driver side door/window area when the road is bumpy. See if you all can produce this problem. I believe it's a design issue. I was very annoyed by it at first. When the road is bumpy, or any slight uneven road, I can hear that rustling noise from the driver side door/window area. It sounds like the side window is not installed tight/correctly. Imagine you have something loose in your pocket and you hear the little noise when you jump. I heard the same thing when I drove a loaner.
LOUD engine acceleration noise
This 2010 RX350 is my third RX and will probably be my last. The first 2 (2004 RX330 and 2007 RX350) were whisper quiet when accelerating. The 2010 roars like my 2007 just before the tranny died.

Excelent SUV
I've had the car so far for about 3 month and put on about 3500 mi, switched from the MDX to RX. Absolutely love the car, very comfortable interior, great stereo, very responsive engine. Great body shape. At first I thought I'd miss an extra room that I had in the MDX via 3rd row, but not really, I actually like that it is a bit smaller. The interior noise is practically nonexistent. Already trying to convince the wife to also switch to the Lexus
Love My Lexus!
This is my second Lexus. I also have an SC 430. This car is a dream to drive. Quick response and very quiet. The back seat is very comfortable even for my 6' 3" husband. I appreciate the automatic door lock recognition system and the auto open rear hatch when my hands are full. The windshield seems huge compared to my previous car - Mercedes SUV - offering great visibility.
Wish I had my old one
Traded my 2000 for this one. The 2010 has a very stiff truck like ride. The seats are hard and uncomfortable and there are many rattles all around. I prefer my 2010 Tundra, the ride and quiet exceed this Canadian attempt at a Lexus.
