Vehicle2004 Lexus LS 430 4dr Sedan (4.3L 8cyl 6A)
ReviewDrove car at 120+mph for a time while
going through Montana and although it
hugged the road in a straight line
beautifully the front end seemed to
loosen in the corners. Needs to be
tightened up a bit to give the driver a
better sense of grip to the road.
Best FeaturesBest overall handling, ride and stereo system I've ever owned in an automobile.
Worst FeaturesChange the Dunlop original tires to Bridgestone Turanza LS-Z rated tires. Improved interior and road noise as well as handling charateristics.

I agree. They could have tightened it up in the front, which is what it appears they did with the LS 460. It sits lower to the ground like an S-class or a 7-series. On top of that it has the lowest drag coefficient of any of those cars. I get the feeling that when I'm ready to upgrade I'm going to find myself seeking a 2012 LS 460L -- problem is I don't know that I'll ever want to part with my 430. It is that nice of a car!Report it
