Solid buy
By Former 5 Owner on

2006 Lexus GS 300 4dr Sedan (3.0L 6cyl 6A)

The Lexus is tightly built, has all the gadgets you can ever ask for - that actually work as they are supposed to - and looks great inside and out. However, as a former 5 series owner, it also made me understand what they meant by Lexus as being just a Camry with leather. However, the GS IS a very dependable Toyota with many, many quality upgrades if that is what you are looking for. Personally, I wasn't.

Best Features

Smart Key. Mark Levinson is just out of this world. The stereo alone justifies the purchase of the GS.

Worst Features

Steering weight is dangerously light at highway speeds. I always find myself wandering off to another lane. Rattles in a Lexus? Very tight head room - I am only 5 11.
