Great Car service is lacking

ReviewI love my car, and would highly
recommend it. The only criticism I
have is the high cost of parts and
service, and the difficult attitudes
of the dealership. The dealership
makes you coffee and provides rental
cars etc, however, they really have a
monopolistic attitude. It is a take
it or leave it attitude, that starts
at the top of the dealership and
prevades all the way to bottom of the
Best FeaturesExcellent vehicle all around.
Worst FeaturesReview your dealership ownership, and customer service policies. The prices on broken small parts are outrageous. For example $500 to fix a broken antennae, and $500 to fix a broken cup holder is terrible.
