Great Little Vehicle
We bought our first KIA back in the early 2,000's. A used sportage, teal in color. The wife love the car, but it had a power. In 2015 we bought our 2nd Kia. Optima EX with all the bells and whistles. As retirement is closing in on us. We decided to trade the optima in. Kia was giving us some great incentives. Grand Kia in Colorado was outstanding and General Manager Tim Bottoms is the real deal, caring about his customers personally. We got a 2020 Soul EX and could not be happier. I'm 6 feet 8 inches and do not have any issues getting in or out of the vehicle. Great Little Vehicle. Thank You KIA.

Fun to drive
I bought my 2020 Kia Soul LX a month ago, and have had tons of fun driving it. My first trip will be at the end of the month when I travel from Phoenix, Arizona to Santa Clarita, CA, and then from Santa Clarita up into the San Bernardino Mountains for a few days. Looking forward to driving in the comfort that I have found in the car. The seats are very comfortable, the 2.0L engine and the steering wheel radius are very responsive, tight turns are no problem. It is very roomy inside. With the seats down I can pack tons of luggage, groceries, etc. Like having the controls right on the steering wheel, the super large headlights, bluetooth capabilities, and the larger media screen.

2020 SOUL GT-LINE 1.6 TURBO IN Snow White Pearl
Great Car for the 30, when loaded with accessories. All new interior and exterior. The mapping is fabulous, might even give up apple play connection. The "head-up display that allows you to keep your eye on the road but see the mapping, the speed, and the speed limit as well as the centering of the vehicle within the lanes.......all on a transparent screen above the instrument cluster and in front of the windshield, the supervision meter cluster, the power seats for the driver, the automatic dual air controls, the 10" screen, the power sunroof and shade, the heated seats and steering wheel. plus the sporty dual chrome exhausts...I feel like a kid again...exterior pearl white with red-orange trim with black interior piped in red. opted a year later in June of 2020 to order custom red leather seats for the car because I have a Great Dane and hair on the cloth has always been an issue ( It gets all over a passenger or driver and hard to vacuum off the stock seats.)

Fun, practical, quite roomy and comfortable
The Soul is a great car at a great price. We bought this one because our daughter had one for 10 years and no problems. I have the 18 in wheels this adds to a much better ride. Head Room abounds and the Back Seat is very comfortable. More safety features than anyone could hope for especially at the price.

Remote start and navigation is a scam
I have owned a 2020 Kia Soul turbo for just over a year. I was never told that in order to keep many of the features that we sold as part of the model packing for the car are actually a subscription. In order to keep using even basic navigation where you type on the full address and use remote start or remote lock you are required to pay a $300 per year fee. How can you sell these as features of a car and not disclose that you only get your features for a year? I went from loving my car to feeling I got scammed. Shame on you Kia for not being up front and just telling people. What is the point of buying the “fully loaded model” if after a year you just have the basic model.
