2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4WD 4dr SUV (4.0L 6cyl 4A)

The Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo is
the one SUV that all the competitors
fear. It has tremendous off road
capability. I have taken it on beach
sand with heavy ruts and loose
drifting sand. No problem at all. It can
handle anything. Try that with the fake
SUVs put out by the competitors.
Who knows more about four wheel
drive than Jeep? My wife drives this
one, and she absolutely loves it.
(She owns Ford stock, but we bought
this new. We also have a Liberty).

Best Features

The interior is very comfortable and it has a huge, flat cargo deck when you fold down the seats. Roof rack is great for canoes, and Christmas trees, etc. The ability to turn off the interior lights from the rear is useful. My wife loves the cargo deck for groceries and other shopping.

Worst Features

All Jeeps should come with a full size spare tire. You have to install tow hooks in order to tie down a canoe on the roof properly. Can something else be done?
