1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4dr SUV 4WD

I bought my Jeep as a replacement for a
totaled '97 Mitsu Montero LS. I bought
it with 98k miles and have gone up to
154k. In that time I've replaced oil
seals, brakes,and cooling system
(myself). Even though I've invested
about $2000 in recondition costs, I've
no regrets. This Jeep has proven itself
many times better than the Mitsu
Montero. It is sure footed on ice and
snow, takes the desert heat, and sits
steady in strong headwinds.I close my
eyes when I fill up the tank and don't
even bother thinking about MPG's. It's
a real 4X4 and that's all that
matters.I know it will take me anywhere
I want to go.

Best Features

Full time 4X4; pure Jeep power via 5.2L V8;ice cold AC;legroom; heavy frame; clear view all around; great styling for an 11 year old American vehicle

Worst Features

interior noise; relocate spare tire to increase cargo space
