Used 2007 Jeep Compass SUV Consumer Reviews
Zippy
Major parts failed at low mileage. Ball joints needed before 100000. Transmission replaced at 140000.

Compass
An excellent vehicle. I love the CVT transmission and the engine surprises me with its performance. The paint job is very nice and the overall quality is good. I really like this car.

Dont buy one
I have had jeeps since the 1950's buying new ones every other year. Never have I bought one as bad as this one. Noisy and rough riding. Terrible blind spots when driving. Save your money and buy a different model.
worthless investment
Jeep billed this little jewel as a great buy. I feel that I have been cheated. The fuel economy is what attracted me to this vehicle initially. After I bought it I quickly found out that the posted MPG were very WRONG. Then, within one month of purchasing the vehicle, the manufacturer posts new fuel economy numbers for the stupid thing. Guess what...they were lower than originally posted. Their response to my complaint, "Sorry.". Never again.
Downsizing for a Durango
Coming from a LARGE suv I feared all small suv's. Boy was I relieved to find it roomy and very fun to drive! I can still pack a full cart from a day of shopping. My husband has even taken it out on some trails, he says it was surprising.
