THIS IS THE 2024 WGONEER S LAUNCH EDITION – I am now 9 months and 7923 miles into this experience. Here’s my verdict. RELIABILITY: for an out of the gate vehicle outstanding; NO serious issues; a check engine light that freaked me out initially, required a “hard reset” by disconnecting and reconnecting the negative 12V battery cable; NO bricks, NO tows. Some minor stuff handled expertly … by the dealership. BUILD QUALITY: very good, tight. Quality, comfortable interior materials. COOL STUFF: lighted seven-slot grill; 19 speaker McIntosh sound system; ambient lighting; integrated screens (no slapped-on laptop); rear wing spoiler > no rear windshield wiper necessary; TECH: intuitive screen functions: SAFETY: outstanding headlamps; adaptive cruise control and lane centering; video camera rear view mirror; excellent audio and 12" screen video lane departure warning system.
