Vehicle

2004 Isuzu Rodeo S 4WD 4dr SUV (3.5L 6cyl 4A)

Review

This suv has great power and works very
well in mud and snow compared to
others. If has much smoother ride than
most real suvs and isn't a toy suv on a
car frame.

Best Features

6 disk changer with 8 speaker and subwoofer

Worst Features

Have more than 2 choices for color of the leather

2004 Isuzu Rodeo S Rwd 4dr SUV (3.2L 6cyl 4A)

Review

Since I have bought this vehicle there
have been some things that I have been
dissapointed with like the fuel
economy, but overall I would say it is
a good buy for the price compared to
other SUVs in it's class.

Best Features

Sport drive feature in the luxury model. Outside look is great. Trunck space is good and inside design for storage is good.

Worst Features

Fuel mileage should be improved. Interior design could use a more sleek and modern design(looks too bland). Handling on curves could be improved. Taking curves at much of any speed and you feel as if you will turn over.

Vehicle

2004 Isuzu Rodeo S Rwd 4dr SUV (3.2L 6cyl 5M)

Review

I've had my Rodeo for about 3 months.
No problems at all. It has the Direct
Injection, 250-Hp V-6 engine, and it
will definitely move. I was astounded
by the performance of this engine -
especiallly when compared to the [Rodeo}
standard V-6. No contest whatsoever.
If you get one of these, get the Direct
Injection. You won't regret it.

Best Features

The performance of the Direct Injection engine. The size of the truck. How roomy the back is with the seats folded down (they fold flat). The 8-speaker stereo is adequate, but leaves room for improvement.

Worst Features

The armrests are very uncomfortable. More care should be given to interior appointments. A better stereo would help. Get rid of the hood prop, and put some spring hinges on it. Make the shifter so it locks into gear. The slighest bump will knock the shifter out of gear. Lift-up tailgate.

2004 Isuzu Rodeo S Rwd 4dr SUV (3.2L 6cyl 4A)

Review

I think the Rodeo is a fun car to
drive it needs a little improvement...
the interior is not that pretty, the
cloth of the seats is a very cheap
maetrial, but they are not that
uncomfortable... very roomy, and the
cargo area is huge... i cant really
complain there

Best Features

the sound system i think is pretty good, and it has great tires (isuzu rally did it good, with the sensors on the tires)

Worst Features

it uses a lot of gas... and the breaking system really sucks...

2004 Isuzu Rodeo S Rwd 4dr SUV (3.5L 6cyl 4A)

Review

Consumer guides did not rate this SUV
very highly claiming rough ride.
Obviously they did not drive mine.
Hugs the road tight, not rough as other
SUV's I've test driven (Highlander,
Sorrento, and the new Chevy one). No
fancy buttons and bells, but has
everything I need. Isuzu gives you
more bang for your money. Simple but
all anyone would want in an SUV.

Best Features

Drives like a car but has spacing and durability of an SUV.

Worst Features

Standard equiped running boards.
