2003 Isuzu Rodeo S V6 Rwd 4dr SUV (3.2L 6cyl 4A)

1st SUV driven & drives nicely like
car. Drove on gravel roads w/ pot
holes, in pouring rain & big puddles
& handles much better than my 92
Accord. It's sluggish, compared to
Accord, but goes well when
pressing gas & A/C is on. Back door
opens sideways. Can't drive w/ back
window open. Seats are comfortable
while driving or riding whereas the
editor review said it wasn't. Average
of 18.5 MPG w/ A/C on. Towing sounds
good from the specs of 3500 lbs, but
haven't tried towing anything yet
(manual says don't drive over 45
MPH). The engine is quiet after 1st
gear when & not much road noise, even
w/ large tires (16" P245). In first
gear it's noisier.

Best Features

Radio volume & changer controls on steering wheel. The way it handles on rough roads. There's a digital odometer plus 2 trip ones. The map lights on the rear view mirror. The way the interior lights turn on & stay on until you start it when you use the remote keyless at night.

Worst Features

Have 2 cup holders up front & 3 for the back. Seat belt strap doesn't retrack well. Door guards on all models. Features on CD player aren't obvious on how to use. Cruise control doesn't stay active once you shut off & turn on the engine. Steering wheel is too sensitive.
