Purchased the Autograph, have driven ~7K miles. This is an outstanding vehicle that responds, handles, and has a tremendous feel…solid, high quality luxurious build. THE DRIVE Ride in standard or Sports mode, it’s quick, agile, and responsive. Want a smoother, more relaxed ride, Eco smooths out the ride with less aggressive shifting. Love the twin turbo V6, miss my V8 sound and feel, but only a little 🙂. If you can handle a large vehicle, this SUV can move like a sports sedan. INTERIOR Luxurious and comfortable. Lots of great driver and passenger features and controls, including heated and cooled seats for all three rows, massaging seats for front and second row, with a nicely spacious third row. Second row captain chairs recline and move forward and backwards. The new QX80 is longer, taller and wider than the previous models, and it makes for a much roomier interior overall. If you own a previous model QX80, you'll feel how much higher this one is…but only take a few drives to get used to. Lots of cargo space, all seats electronically controlled (no handles or pulls, folding seats or access to third row are all done with push of a button). TECH Love the capabilities, some things have been a bit glitchy at times (first year production, have been here before). My tuner has gone out a couple of times, restart resolves it. In Touch services have been hit or miss. My app auto start and vehicle controls don’t always work, but they do most of the time. Pilot assist is mostly great, 8 out of 10, at night and in some more remote areas it’s can be herky jerky, 6 out of 10. Sound system is amazing, driver headrest speakers for sound and call isolation are pretty cool. For my in-laws, the ability to lower the suspension makes it easier for them to get in and out, lowering the vehicle takes a bit of time (once you place in park, don’t open the doors or lowering will stop). Like adjusting suspension for different types of rides (city vs. long distance). Driving and handling are a 5 out of 5 for me. Overall, I love my ride!!!

As a loyal INFINITI owner (I’ve previously owned 2013, 2015, 2017, a 2020 Limited Edition, the 2023 QX80 and now the 2025 Autograph), I approach this flagship SUV with high expectations — and in many ways it meets them. The interior space, build quality and acoustics (especially with the Klipsch audio system) are outstanding. The air-conditioning handles the Gulf climate with ease. The exterior redesign is bold and luxurious. However, after real-world driving I’m disappointed by several missing or regressed features that I believe matter for the target buyer. For example: • The adaptive following / intelligent cruise function that previous models offered (distance-only mode without full cruise) is no longer available — this change reduces everyday usability and confidence, especially in lower-speed residential areas. • The forward collision system now only intervenes at the last moment and only with cruise control active, rather than proactively preventing situations as earlier models did. • The infotainment now depends entirely on smartphone navigation (Android Auto / Apple CarPlay) and lacks a built-in map database with trip-tracking. For my use case (including off-road or connectivity-challenged environments) this is a clear downgrade. • Some practical luxuries expected at this price point are missing: the rear-seat AC cannot be operated independently of the front system, the retractable door handles make a loud mechanical noise, and there is no true “mute” button for the audio system. • My vehicle’s climate panel brightness does not reliably dim at night unless I manually toggle settings — a minor issue but one that undermines refinement. In summary, the 2025 QX80 is an excellent premium SUV in many respects, but I believe INFINITI may have shifted too much focus to styling and tech packaging, and less on deep driver-usability and legacy features that fans of the brand (like me) valued. If you want luxury and space above all else, this is a strong choice. But if you drove an older QX80 expecting similar everyday driver assist behaviour and usability, you may notice the trade-offs.

We have put 8000 miles on our QX80 Sensory. The comfort and ride quality are outstanding with little to no road noise. The transmission is smooth. The sound system is excellent. I have no complaints about the quality of the QX80 and it is superior to our previous Ford Expedition Platinum, which was a great vehicle.

My dream car was the QX80. I recently purchased the pure model and after 3 months I regretted it! The vehicle didn't ride smooth the transmission seemed to snatch into gears and the brakes had to be pressed super hard. So, I purchased the Sensory model, and I have put 200 miles on it and it already has electrical problems. The service department where I purchased the vehicles from has failed every time I/We set up a service for my vehicle. I thought purchasing a "nice" vehicle I would be so happy with my purchase however I regret it daily!!

This is my third Infiniti vehicle, and I’ve been anticipating a bold new release — the 2025 QX80 exceeds all expectations. While it carries a premium price tag, its design, performance, and features make it well worth the investment. Congratulations to Infiniti on a job well done.
