2004 INFINITI QX56 Rwd 4dr SUV (5.6L 8cyl 5A)


We have owned this car for 2 1/2
months, and it has been in service 23
days! 3/4 tires needed replacing,
navigation system doesn't work, paint
came off front bumper when washing with
a cloth, wood panel fell out of side
door, driver's electric motor in window
didn't work....The service dept. has
been awesome, but Infiniti won't stand
behind the quality (or lack there of)
of their vehicles. We paid $14K extra
to go with the Infiniti QX56 instead of
Nissan Armada because of the quality
issues we read in the consumer
reviews. At least Infiniti has
provided us with a car while ours has
been in service! Issues with the car
still remain.

Best Features

Back up rearview monitor, automatic door lift for rear hatch

Worst Features

RELIABILITY!!!! and a navigation screen that you don't have to push "enter" every time you start the car to get rid of Infiniti's liability disclaimers.
