The vehicle is quiet and comfortable with excellent luxury features comparable to and in some areas superior to the Lexus TX and the Grand Highlander Hybrid MAX (GH). For example the GH offers "leather seats" with breathable non leather inserts in the seat and back. The HP seats are all leather and the seat warming and cooling works significantly better on the Hyundai than the GH. From our test drives the Palisade is quieter than both the TX 500h and Grand Highlander Hybrid MAX. My wife loves the mid-century modern interior. It's highway performance is excellent. This makes trips lasting more than an hour seem to go by much more quickly. We went on a two and a half hour trip in a comfortable Honda CR-V Touring and suffered from stiff joints and aches and pains afterward. We made the same trip in our Palisade Hybrid Calligraphy and felt refreshed rather than stiff. The driver assist features are good but take a little getting used to. Steering tends to be a little soft but you can improve that by using the "Sport" mode. The options offered by the electronics are immense. If you want the tighter steering of "Sport mode" but the economy of the econ mode you can personalize your driving profile by specifying sport mode steering with econ mode efficiency. Ultimately, the infotainment center of the HP looks and feels much more advanced than the vast majority of other vehicles we looked at including the Honda Pilot, the TX and the GH. That being said some of the electronic features may feel a little gimmicky but you can fix that by simply turning those features off. In conclusion this is a very capable and comfortable vehicle perfect for long trips and good size families. It even has an intercom so the driver can speak to passengers in the 3rd row. While it's over all specs such as total horsepower or total hauling capacity may be slightly exceeded by the GH Max the differences in actual capability are minimal and it is a more refined vehicle. The question that still needs to be answered is exactly how reliable this vehicle will be over time.

We bought our first gen 2020 Palisade brand new and enjoyed it for nearly six years, 58k miles and not one problem. So when we saw the new 2026 come out we just loved the look of it, tried it out and traded the 20 in for the SEL Convenience. So far we love it. It has great improvements over the first one as good as it was. First, the ride is wonderful. The bumps and cracks on the road are very much diminished. I really believe it rides as well as a Lincoln Aviator. Second, it is extremely quiet Inside while driving in city or highway. No wind noise. The 3.5 V6 is smooth and quiet. Another great thing is the AWD only kicks in when it is needed, saving mpg. I have noticed the accelleration is slightly slow starting from a stop, but I think it is do to the Auto Hold, of which you can turn off. So that is a wash. Hyundai is a great quality car company, they are making improvements to satisfy the consumer, unlike others. And finally, they STAND BEHIND their vehicles with 5/60 BTB and 10/100k powertrain. Why don't others do this?

The new Palisades Calligraphy Hybrid is a 10, 600+miles per tank, every option one could ever want and with going back to the old 6 speed amazing 2nd Palisades had a 2023 Calligraphy loved it but the 2026 Hybrid is much quicker and far better MPG. I test drove the BMW'S, MB'S, Porches, Chevy Tahoe etc. could not find $35,000 to $80,000 difference and the warranty is far better than any of the others, 10yr/100,000 miles

Bought the car in mid December got it Home left it in the garage for three days and found out it wouldnt start. The battery was dead. Took it to the shop fixed. It brought it home. Left it for three days. The battery’s dead. It’s been in the shop for 20 additional days. At this point, they really don’t know what to do and they may end up getting me out of the vehicle.Anyone who owns one of these vehicles and drives it on a daily basis. Will never see this problem I would recommend anyone that owns the Hyundai Palisade calligraphy edition park it for 3 to 5 days. The last thing you wanna do is go to the airport and take a trip and come home to Find the vehicle won’t start and I feel like this is what’s gonna happen to people, but as long as you drive it every day the problem will not present itself.

We love our Hyundai Palisade! It has so much room, comfortable seats, and great features! We have 2 kids in car seats and love the amount of legroom! We also appreciate the sliding 3rd row to offer flexibility on either maximizing leg room or trunk space. A lot of online YouTube reviews ding the Palisade for its natural V6 engine noting that it’s slow. I think the power is totally adequate for a family vehicle! Yes, it doesn’t have the same torque as a turbocharged engine, but it should be much more reliable. Plus I love how smooth the engine and transmission feel! We’ve only had the vehicle for a little over a month, but have a few nitpicks. 1. The dealership experience hasn’t been great so far. The Hyundai dealerships we’ve worked with haven’t been as professional as the Toyota dealership we use for our other vehicle. 2. The fuel economy hasn’t been great. I’m usually averaging around 18 mpg. Granted I live in Minnesota and it’s currently winter. 3. I wish this vehicle would’ve offered more customizations like the ability to option for a bench seat instead of captain’s chairs in the top trim or to get smaller wheels instead of the 21 inch ones. 4. The lane centering system isn’t always smooth and will sometimes put the car on or over the lane lines which decreases safety. Overall, we’re very blessed and grateful to have this new Hyundai Palisade for our family! If you’re considering this vehicle, I would highly recommend test driving it and comparing it to the Hyundai Palisade Hybrid to get a feel for which one you prefer! *Update - We've had multiple problems ranging from highway speed vibrations, key hardware build quality issues, and Apple Carplay having issues at times (though that could be an Apple issue).
