Great Value so far.

2012 Hyundai Elantra GLS 4dr Sedan (1.8L 4cyl 6A)

Overall the car is great.
I'm commenting on those people crying over not getting 40mpg.
Umm...drive more hwy miles and your sure to get 40mpg or more.
Your dash board says "Avg."
That means the average gas mileage your getting.
So if your getting less, your probably making too many trips from your house to mcdonalds.

Get this car it looks great and so far the reliability is good.

Best Features

Everything for the money.

Worst Features

Lets raise the bar one more notch on standard features like alloy rims instead.

A good feather footer can beat your numbers. Take it on vacation towards Yellowstone National Park & you'll get mid 40mpg(higher?) on the high altitude plains. Feather footers (not even hypermilers) beat all EPA highway estimates. Feather footers beat all clutzy inefficient drivers.... like you. Feather footers will beat lead footers by 20+%.

After 6000 miles on my 2012 Elantra, the best I can get on a trip is 38.4 mpg at 65. The on board said 42.5! That is driving from Peoria, IL to Indianapolis on basically level I-74.
