She said she would help us by selling us a new Hyundai at the same price of the one we had. About a half hour later I got a call from the service manager Michelle, when I explained to her our predicament she told me she would look into it and get back to us. She called back about a half hour later and said your car will be ready in about a hour and a half. The service manager was great. However the saleslady really needs to go. About a half hour later I got a call from the service manager Michelle, when I explained to her our predicament she told me she would look into it and get back to us. She called back about a half hour later and said your car will be ready in about a hour and a half. The service manager was great. However the saleslady really needs to go. How dare she take advantage of people this way. Colonial Hyundai needs to fire this lady! Beware of unscrupulous salespeople especially if you fine yourself in these type of situations.
