2010 Honda Fit Sport 4dr Hatchback (1.5L 4cyl 5A)

The Honda Fit is a clever and useful car. This is my 6th Honda in 30 years. Like many of its kin, the Fit is easily dinged up in parking lots , so I ordered the side molding. Any contact with the bumpers is pulling off the Silver paint. I've had 3 small spots rubbed bare to the black plastic by a carelessly opened door, a rubbing parking car tire and a leaning garden tool touching the bumpers. It's only 4 months old. This can't be normal. Painted bumpers are stupid anyways but this paint is too soft ! (Or not sticking) And there is a huge area of plastic surrounding this car.

Best Features

Great gas mileage and a flexible cargo area are great pluses.

Worst Features

Maybe I can wrap the car in bubble wrap to save the paint. And oh, that engine noise. I also carry a "lint roller" in the car to pick up the endless junk sticking to the fuzzy black upholstery.
