2003 Honda CR-V SUV LX AWD 4dr SUV w/ Side Airbags (2.4L 4cyl 5M)

Review

Great sales experience, surprised that
you could get a reliable small SUV for
the price, love Honda durability and
reputation of quality. Would like
better gas mileage still, but otherwise
a great car.

2003 Honda CR-V SUV EX AWD 4dr SUV (2.4L 4cyl 4A)

Review

We researched small SUV's for quite a
while. After driving all of them, the
Honda won hands down. It is roomy,
comfortable and the cargo space is as
large as some of it's big competitors.

Best Features

Roomy Cargo Area Pass through from front to rear seat Storage compartments Ride

Worst Features

Gear shift on column is in front of radio dial from driver side. Heated Leather Seats as an option in EX model

Review

We're not off roaders so this vehicle
fits our bill. Just got back from a
1700 mile road trip, four adults loaded
with luggage and usual gear, verdict:
comfortable ride, relatively spacious
accomodations, good fuel economy,
reclining rear seats a nice touch, 6
disc cd made miles and hours a little
easier to take.

Best Features

6 disc cd changer, more than adequate power for cruising and passing at highway speeds, reclining rear seats, spacious cargo area.

Worst Features

Seems like vehicle could easily accept 16 in. wheels instead of 15 in. Roof rack needs better design i.e. functional rather than decorative.

Review

Tons of storage places. Fun to drive.
Corners well. The smooth acceleration
is surprisingly good (way better than
the RAV4's automatic), yet efficient
(RPMs shoot up to give power, then go
right back down again to save on fuel).
Back is great for big dogs. Child
safety seats fit easily, the rear
center console gives kids a place for
their sippy cups/snacks, and the rear
doors have tons of places for coloring
books, etc. This car is priced very
well for what you get out of it. I am
so glad I bought it!

Best Features

Storage, automatic transmission, engine, styling, maintenance (only needs oil changes & other maintenance every 10K!), fuel economy. Floor mats, Owner's manual.

Worst Features

Make front seats more comfortable. Position radio closer to driver. Steering column should have ability to adjust forward and backward for longer- legged drivers. Needs better wiper blades.

Review

This SUV is very functional, with a
great use of space. Also, you can't
beat the reliability and re-sale value.

Best Features

Space, back seat flexability, back door, fuel economy, fit and finish, safety, and the front end is pretty good looking.

Worst Features

The rear of the vehicle is not all that handsome.
