ReviewThis review may be biased since I've
always owned Honda's (Civic '90
Hatchback, Integra LX '93, CR-V
EX '99). Regardless, the 2003 CIVIC EX

Best FeaturesCool dashboard gauges (blue/red)and metal trims. VTEC 127-hp engine. Immobilizer Theft-Deterrent system. Moonroof with tilt. Creature comfort and soft ride.
Worst FeaturesModerate engine and road noise. Alloy wheels standard on EX model. Better sound system (a fault in all Honda's). All-around chrome grille rather than a single bar (which looks awkward). Extra rear cup-holder.
