After searching for a while and test driving several different cars and SUVs, the Accord Hybrid Touring won and now I have a shiny red one sitting in my driveway. I still prefer the sedan (we have an SUV for people and dogs transport), and the Accord checked all the boxes that are important to me. It’s a roomy and smartly designed cabin that doesn’t require reading the manual in order to drive it. I like all the high end features on the Touring trim and have enjoyed most of them already. It’s much quicker and quieter than the last Accord I drove a few years ago. It’s only been two weeks since the purchase, but I’m sure I’ll like it for many years to come.

I just purchased the touring model and it’s sporty , sophisticated, comfortable high tech with the heads up display. I love how its shifts it feels effortless. The seats are heated and butter soft. There is nothing I don’t like about this car. I live in Las Vegas so I am excited to use my seat coolers in the summer time. My last accord was 8 years old and I sold it for top dollar. I just wanted to upgrade, I am so happy I did. The last one I had never broke down on me ever. I had two dead batteries and went 81000 miles before I changed the original tires on it(and I could have gone 6 more months. These cars are the best bang for your buck and will never let you down

The 2025 Honda Accord SE is a great car. It looks great. It handles well. The new features and appointments are well done. I traded in a 2008 Accord, so this one has a lot of new features. Some of the features are unnecessary for me. I do not like the engine idle when stopped at a red light (since disabled). Some of the "helpful" features are distracting -- I also disabled the feature that shows me on the dash that I am looking at a stop sign...The passenger seat sits much too low. I am 5'5" --when I sit in the passenger seat, my knees sit higher than my hips. This will pose challenges for many elderly people and anyone with hip issues. It would be great if the car included an auxiliary port.

I've now owned the car for a little over a year and a half. It's a wonderful car and the mileage is awesome especially in town. The only thing that has been a problem is that every few months there is an infotainment update that can only be updated by the dealership. Honda doesn't know why that is happening but its pretty inconvenient as I have to make an appointment and leave it at the dealership all day so they can do the update.

Reminder that a 10 minute test drive is just not enough. After buying the car and experiencing it for a couple of weeks, one dissapointing thing after another started surfacing. I got the top trim hybrid touring, so I expect the fit and finish and ride quality to be excellent. Generally, this is a good car. However, if you care about the little details, this car will keep getting more annoying over time. Starting with the new windshield washer feature where the fluid exits from little nozzles on the wiper arms. This uses more fluid, never gets enough fluid on the glass long enough for it to do anything, and you end up with streaks and it just spreads the dirt around while quickly empying your tiny reservoir. Half the time you're wiping a dry windshield which can create scratches. The cons of this method far outweigh the pros. Emunds says there are no rattles. It's nothing but rattles and buzzing and clicking whenever the road is not perfectly smooth. It's coming from all around and it's difficult to identify the sources. They seem to be from the doors, headliner, and seatbelt areas. Wind noise is higher than expected on highways. It's shameful as I have the touring trim. Honda should be embarassed. Then the little things; they removed the control buttons on the rearview mirror, it's now a $300+ option. There are no lights in the glovebox and center console (?!). There is no pause or mute button on the steering wheel to control audio apps, only skip back or forward. The center console is one big hole with no organizer, so I had to buy one on Amazon. The remote is not that powerful so to get remote start to work you have to be close enough and in direct line. You can always pay the subscription for the app, which is useless without one. The ventilated seat fans are loud and barely do anything. The A/C system can't keep up unless you manually increase the fan speed or lower the temp so much that the auto climate control finally decides to pump up the fan speed. Touching the seat ventilation/heat setting turns off auto climate control. There's a lot of glass in this car, so I got ceramic tints all around. I like that you can have the ventilated seats come on automatically. Auto door lock/unlock; you can only unlock with the front door handles. Have a bag of groceries you want to throw in the back seat, you have to open the front door first (my 14 year old Buick lets you unlock any door). When washing the car, the doors will constantly lock/unlock (and beep) every time you come near the handles or if there's soapy water on them. I have to leave the keys in the house whenever I wash it. The front seat bottom is pretty stiff and it takes a while to get the settings just right with the tilt to get comfortable. Again, my 14 year old Buick is better. I get so annoyed by the bad parts that it takes away from the good parts, but there are some. The styling looks good with the color combo I got. The hybrid system is great and I mostly use EV-only around town. It's my first car with all the safety tech, so they're good when you need them and sometimes annoying when you don't. Most need to the turned on manually anyway, and you can always turn them off. There are many settings you can modify which is nice. The screen is great and the different display options on the console are nice. The heads-up display is great (if you don't wear polarized glasses). Some things only work on Bluetooth and not Android Auto, which sometimes doesn't connect (I found this especially true if you use remote start from the app). The voice assistant is good enough, although missing many commands unrelated to the car, but that's expected. You'll probably like this car, but I would test drive it for more than 10 minutes to make sure. Take it on uneeven roads and highways to make sure you're not getting a rattling mess like mine. The dealer said they would investigate the rattling the next time I bring it in.
