2024 GMC HUMMER EV SUV Edition 1 4dr SUV 4WD (electric DD)
Waited two and half years with my reservation. Absolutely beautiful design and color on my 2024 EV edition 1 SUV. UNFORTUNATELY it developed a transmission leak that appeared to be serious as it obviously is lubricating a major component of the vehicle. Was unable to secure an appointment at the dealership for 3 weeks and decided it best not to drive it so it sat in driveway until my … scheduled appointment occured. Drove it to dealership for service appointment and now it's been sitting at dealership with no resolve for over a month. Poor communication from dealership regarding the situation. Frustrating to say the least as I've lost almost 2 months of the pleasure of driving the vehicle and I've basically lost two months of my warranty as it sits idle at service department at dealership.Have an acquaintance with same model purchased from a different dealership and his developed the same problem. Dissapointing and suprising that GMC has not stepped up to the plate to rectify my issues at this point. Long time customer of GMC products and feel like I've been swept under the carpet.
