Surprisingly good
I bought this used for family excursions and for support on bike rides. This one has the NA 3.7 L V6. More than adequate power. Quiet on the highway. Excellent handling. It’s hard to compare this smooth sophisticated unibody modern van to its primitive predecessor: the infamous Econoline. The Transit is a winner.

Love this Van!!
We just recently purchased a New 2019 Transit 250 Medium Roof and have only put just over 1000 miles on it. So far this van is amazing, it handles great and is extremely quiet even loaded down with our new shelving and tools. Love the cloth interior, we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Update Aug 2023.. 55000 miles and we still love this van..very happy with our purchase
Whish I had my old Sprinter Back
13,000K miles. Had major oil leak that required top half of engine to be rebuilt. Rear brake caliper seized. Strut mounts needed to be replaced. ABS Toner ring broke that required real axle shaft be removed to repair. Another oil leak now from Valve Cover. And the top of the dash is failing and melting when in the sun. What next?! And only 13k miles! Never a ford again. Will go back to Sprinter. Owned one for 18 years and only needed regular maintenance.

My Best Ride Yet
Have only put 10,000 miles on it in 8 months but I would not change a thing. View, steering, seating and power are great! Love my Transit 250 so much, I bought my wife one (she is a happy woman).

Fine if you never leave pavement.
I had a 2019 Mid roof passenger van for 3 years. It drove like a charm and never had any mechanical issues. I could walk in it which was awesome. However I got it for a camping van and it sucked off road. Get an awd . I don't know if transit cargo vans have more balls, better tires, just my opinion of pass van. If you never leave pavement it was fine.
