2010 Ford Taurus SHO 4dr Sedan AWD (3.5L 6cyl Turbo 6A)

Review

This car is amongst the best in the world. I couldn't imagine having anything else. It is missing some key safety features and luxury features to. The Headrest are plain up retarded though. They are insanely uncomfortable for some people.

Best Features

Everything. Its not perfect though It should have heated, cooled, and massaging rear seats and headrest to. Heated and cooled steering wheels are almost mandatory in this class.

Worst Features

Lane-departure warning,Roll Stability Control,Occupant-sensitive Airbags,Dynamic Brake Control, Adaptive headlights+night vision,Knee Airbags,One Touch Windows+sunroof,front sunshade, Self Park Capability,refrigerator,Dual TV System,Front+Side Cameras+sensors, heated+cooled cup holders, all under 60K

Review

The car is simply unbeatable. I am older and arthritis can occasionally come on, but it disappears with the heated seats. I just wish that the wheel could heat and cool to. It would also be nice if the back could heat, cool, and massage to, since I carry a lot of my friends around with aches and pains. I was surprised that their was no entertainment system available, which would be nice when I carry my Grand children. I did have to get one touch up and down windows. It hurts way to much to hold that long. I also wish the trunk would close easier. The ride is incredibly smooth with no wind noise. In regular town driving it is a charm, period. Fords got a real winner here.

Best Features

Huge Trunk size, smoothness, tight steering, heated, cooled and massaging seats. Headrest, which is a love hate relationship. I know their the safest but they are uncomfortable for some people.

Worst Features

Dual Climate Control, heated, cooled, and massaging rear seats and headrest. Options like Heated and cooled cup holders, Parrel Park assist, City Safety feature up to 35 mph, and more parking cameras like in Land Rover. Front Parking Sensors. Front sunshade, one touch up and down windows, and

2010 Ford Taurus SHO 4dr Sedan AWD (3.5L 6cyl Turbo 6A)

Review

Had this vehicle two weeks now and love this car. I didn't know how I would adapt since I had came out of a 2007 Yukon SLT fully loaded. I must say I have been pleasantly surprised with the ride speed and handling. I have been stopped by at least 10 people asking if they can see the interior and the usual response is this is not a Taurus.

Best Features

The adaptive cruise with warning has already prevented (1) accident. And the blind spot mirrors very helpful.

Worst Features

Move certain controls from behind shift knob.

Review

I love this car, but the rear space should be much better for such a large car. I love everything else. Make more options too.

Best Features

Everything-suggested options- 1 touch Windows and sunroof, front sunshade, heated, cooled rear seats steering wheel and cup holders, make it easier to close trunk, make trunk smaller for more rear legroom!, better designed consul, entertainment system, coin holder, bigger engine.

Worst Features

Bigger engine option (400's) for tighter steering (my Escalade handles better) refrigerator option, different headrest in front and allow rear seat head rest to flip down. Parallel park assist like in Volvo, front parking camera and sensors that halt car with 2 feet of other car (same with rear sensors on/off

Review

I would not want any other car in the world but this. It is one of the roomiest cars I ever drove. A definite Buy. The headrest doesn't bother me, but will for many people. The space in the rear should be WAY bigger to for such a large car. Offer a different version but with the same styling for extra rear room. They should also offer a identical Lincoln model for more prestige but staying under 60k Fully loaded with all the Tuaruses option and the other options I named. Its a luxury car and should definitely offer 1 touch windows. Front sunshade would be wonderful too so i don't have to put up the reflector to protect the dash

Best Features

Everything. Other suggested Improvements- Different headrest!!! More rear room to. For such a large car it should be much more comfortable in the rear like in the 08 model, which was limo-like . I know this is impossible without a redesign, but they should offer a roomier version with the same styling.

Worst Features

Offer a Identical Lincoln Version for more prestige. Other options like One Touch Windows and Sunroof, front sunshades, front parking camera, Heated+cooled+massaging headrest and rear, heated and cooled steering wheel and cup holders, Entertainment System, bigger engine(mid 400's+) Parallel Park assist
