2003 Ford Focus SVT 2dr Hatchback (2.0L 4cyl 6M)

It's been a year since my SVT spent nearly 30 days in the shop getting virtually everything fixed; the dealer made good on finishing what Ford started. I've had a lot of Fords and they've all started off a basket case but with a lot of work & patience a Ford can be a decent car. If you can get past the depreciation & initial quality problems, the true nature of what the SVT guys were trying to do comes out. The SVTF is THE best equipped mini-sport car available below $30,000. They're comfortable, ride nice and are very competent. They're NOT drag cars, but still fast enough to be fun.

Best Features

All the goodies, HIDs, Recaro seats, wicked stereo, fun ride.

Worst Features

PATHETIC initial quality. Fords depreciate quickly because they're sitting junk when brand new. Ford shouldn't mean "Shiniest car in the junkyard". Either finish it at the factory or have the dealer do it. In either case, FORD CHECK YOUR WORK!
