2013 Ford Escape SE 4dr SUV (1.6L 4cyl Turbo 6A)


The SYNC systems in my vehicle has placed my car in the shop 3 times in four months totalling 1 month in the shop with 3 seperate rental cars. The SYNC system in my car resets itself multiple times within an hour whether I am in the middle of a call, etc. The ipod/phone have difficutly connecting frequently and the system freezes.

Best Features

I love the turbo and design of the car.

Worst Features

Fix the SYNC system or replace the car with one that works. As a customer who has spent tens of thousands of dollars on a brand new car should not have to be in the shop at least once a month (bought car 6 months ago) with SYNC issues. Ford should admit to this lemon, stand behind their product and replace it with one that works.

You can apply for Lemon Law Status In New York State if you lose your car for more than 30 days in the first 18 months it applies. As does 4 attempts to fix the same issue.
