2004 Ford Crown Victoria LX Sport 4dr Sedan (4.6L 8cyl 4A)

Review

The crown vic is the best car on the
road for the money. this is our second
car and very likely we will acquire a
third crown vic when the time for
change arrives. Keep updating
technology on the car. Make in better
don't get rid of the model.

Best Features

Leather, air ride, engine, mileage, AC control, Digital Dash is absolute tops. The acceleration is very good for a large car. Very smooth engine. Rear wheel drive is great.

Worst Features

Cross wind resistance. Just keep the body style fresh. Keep the digital dash as for those with a little difficulty focusing vision it is a lot easier to use all the controls. Add electronic stability control.

2004 Ford Crown Victoria LX 4dr Sedan (4.6L 8cyl 4A)

Review

I love this vehicle. Room, comfort,
large trunk, a real car, a poor man's
Lincoln.

Best Features

Driving performance, large trunk, dependability, passenger comfort and protection.

Worst Features

1. The rear view mirror (the one that dims headlight glare and shows direction) hangs too low on the windshield. A rear view mirror that hangs too low partially blocks the driver's forward view. I own a 2002 Crown Vic

2004 Ford Crown Victoria LX Sport 4dr Sedan (4.6L 8cyl 4A)

Review

Nice sporty full sized automobile.
Love the center console with shifter
and the responsive V8 engine. Steering
is very responsive with the big 17"
tires and wheels. Have noticed that
the car begins to get light and floaty
in the front end at around 100 MPH.
100 MPH happens with very little effort.

Best Features

I like the laminated side windows and side airbag features. The factory dual exhaust system looks and sounds good. The adjustable pedals are a wonderful feature.

Worst Features

Exterior fit and finish could stand some improvement especially bumper alignment.

2004 Ford Crown Victoria LX Sport 4dr Sedan (4.6L 8cyl 4A)

Review

If long distance driving is part of
your normal commute to/from work,than
look no further, this is the vehicle for
you.Ford continues to fine tune a
proven,yet dated platform and still
make it a viable alternative when
choosing your next car.Although the gas
mileage isn't great, 20.7 MPG it is
still better than some SUVs out
there.Comfortable driving is what this
auto is about.

Best Features

The LX Sport package is the way to go,bucket seats, console.Get the optional power pedals and traction control, highly recommended.

Worst Features

Heated seats. Better lateral support in the front seats.

Review

Since purchasing my first new car in
1968 (a Ford), I've also driven
Mercurys, Lincolns and Cadillacs. The
wife currently drives a 99 Town Car and
I traded my 96 Cadillac for this Crown
Vic! I like the rear-wheel drive and
the handling & power that comes with
the Crown Vic.

Best Features

Rear wheel drive.
