Ford customer service is the worst part

2013 Ford C-Max Energi SEL 4dr Wagon (2.0L 4cyl gas/electric hybrid CVT)


On acceleration & deceleration, one can hear & feel a slap in the drivetrain that is unmistakably wrong. Two trips to Ford service & multiple drive train parts R&R'd did not solve. Ford's eventual answer was... "All the Energi's make that noise".
Ford's 'MyTouch' , Nav & entertain system, is truly a lesson in anger management with it's delayed / non-responses.
Overall, the car's quality & operation is low compared to its sticker price.
But woe to you should you need assist from Ford HQ resolving any issues.
Their customer service rates a zero and would test any Preacher's patience.
