Pre sale was great,Bryon told us they are High integrity and will fix anything we find not working in the next 30 days.They would fix door edges & provide touch up paint.The next day we couldn't find paperwork so Bryon said he would send copies.After sale we took truck to a reputable mechanic for a complete inspection.They found front shocks shot & transmission bulkhead leaking which all needed replacement.It took 2 weeks of leaving messages before I finally was able to talk to Bryon.Which as of that moment we still hadn't received paperwork. When telling about the issues he expressed much displeasure that we had the inspection done by someone else & that they would reinspect themselves.I also told him about windshield crack & tailgate broken.He said we have to set up inspection.Done inspection & confirmed issues.Bryon said sorry it's there bad.They ordered parts & will let me know when they come in so we can set appt. to do repairs.When parts were in I tried to get a hold of Bryon multiple times leaving messages so we could coordinate all repairs at the same time since we live 40 miles away, but again no replies for almost 2 weeks so eventually I just set appt. with shop to do shocks,bulkhead & tailgate repairs.When I picked up after repairs I was told the tailgate was not done since the new part was broken & will need reordering. At that time I tried to contact Bryon but he was gone at the time so I left message for him to get a hold of me. Again I called & left messages but no replies. 2 weeks later with no calls from anyone i called shop & part was in so I made appt. to fix. Again tried to contact Bryon multiple times to coordinate rest of repairs done but again no response. After tailgate repair was done I went to see the manager to express my displeasure of Bryon not getting back to me.While I was doing so Bryon came in & said he is just so busy and was sorry. I said I understood that but weeks go by with no response over & over is very frustrating for me. His response at that time was, you know what? My give a [non-permissible content removed] meter expired an hour and a half ago.I don't have time for this [non-permissible content removed] & he walked out. (What a way for the Face of there commercials to act). I was very upset by this time & the manager said nothing as he just looked at me. So I just left in frustration. Window & touch up not done as promised & also found opposite side of tailgate damaged after they fixed it. Never have I ever in my life experienced anything like this & never would have expected this especially from a Ford dealership! Beware!!!
