I liked that Bryanne listened to me and treated me exactly like I had asked her to, on the phone the day before. I had told her that I had come put of a bad experience coming out of Bristol and that this was not my first rodeo and I wanted to be treated in a certain way. I was NOT going to choose from a payment menu. I was NOT going to spend a day haggling. She allowed me to try the cars. I wanted to try and then she added one to the mix and don't you know I changed my mind and bought the one the she added! I LOVE MY TRAVERSE REDLINE! I drive it now after purchase and like it more and more.
