I called because my car was making an odd noise. I really appreciated you getting in the very next day. Since parts were ordered you had to keep it overnight. My only disappointment was it didn't go through the car wash like it does for oil changes. Since the repair cost $700 I'd suggest you change your policy to include a car wash with any service.
